For the Thomas Tait SS15 show, for the beauty look we took inspiration from Michelle Pfeiffer in the 80s classic film Scarface as well as elements from supermodels Linda Evangelista and Christy Turlington. The venue was an abandoned office block with coloured murals painted specifically for the show by artist Georges Rousse so we wanted to make sure the girls still felt womanly and chic.

GET THE LOOK: Skin was prepped with Studio Moisture Cream and then perfected with Face and Body foundation and Studio Finish Concealer. I wanted the brows to look ‘full yet unfinished’ to create this Eye Brows was smudged onto the back of the hand and then feathered through with a brush. To give the face a sculpted but still natural look Cream Colour Base in Dusk was applied underneath the cheekbones, through the sockets of the eyes and onto the temples. The lips were a natural matte nude colour that was created by mixing both Fleshpot with Siss lipstick together. To finish Zoomlash Mascara was applied only to the top lashline.

BEAUTY TIP: To create more space in your makeup bag try multi-use products like MAC Cream Colour Base. The great thing about them is they both easy to apply and versatile, plus there is something that feels very effortless and nonchalant about using the same colour on your eyes, cheeks and/or lips!
